For a meal that makes the difference.
Cut a slice of the pineapple and put it aside.
In a Sauté, put a teaspoon of vegetable margarine, let it melt and add the pineapple.
Sprinkle it with honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet and let it caramelize until the pineapple gets brown.
Add a little chopped coriander, turn off the heat and cover to smother the aromas.
Serve on a plate, add a little more honey and a few coriander leaves.
