Honey Cake Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet with Cinnamon
1 teaspoon of yeast
Cinnamon powder (As much as you want)
Flour for sprinkling
Grease a hole mould with butter and sprinkle it with flour. Turn the oven to 180º C.
In a bowl, add the honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet and the butter and mix everything very well.
Then add eggs one after the one by beating.
In a separate bowl, combine the yeast with the flour and the cinnamon, wrap everything well and add to the previous preparation.
Put the prepared in the mould and take to the oven preheated to 180º C, about 30 minutes.
Check with a toothpick if it is cooked.
Remove from the heat, take it out of the mould, let it cool and serve it sprinkled with honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet.
