100g of Mushrooms

4 Prawns 20/30

20g of Dried garlic

Honey Nº 88 Fire by Beesweet (As much as you want)

Butter (As much as you want)

Black pepper (As much as you want)

Salt Flower (As much as you want)

Preparation

Peel the prawns, leaving the tail and put it aside.

Laminate the mushrooms very thinly (almost translucent) and spread them on a board and apply on them a bit of finely chopped dried garlic, a yarn of honey, black pepper and a few pebbles of salt flower.

In a sauté add some butter (curl of butter), blushed prawns and spice it with pepper, honey Nº 88 Fire by Beesweet and salt flower, add a splash of water. Cover the sauté and remove it from the fire.

Take the tray with the mushrooms in the oven and put it for 1 minute at 160º C degrees.

Make a platform with the mushrooms, above them put the prawns. Top it off by sprinkling with the preparation juice of the prawns and a few pebbles of salt flower.
