Light and full-flavored dessert
Break the eggs in a bowl. Add some salt and start mixing. Gradually and always mixing, add flour, milk, two spoons of honey Nº 66 Beelove by Beesweet and finally melted butter.
Pass the dough through a strainer and cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour for the dough to lose elasticity.
Light a non-stick frying pan and brush it with a little amount of oil. Put a ladle of dough in the pan, but not too full and spread well so you don’t get holes. If the dough is too thick, add some water, never add milk.
Let the crepe bake on medium heat for a few minutes, until the dough takes off. Turn the crepe to the other side and bake a little more.
Withdraw and repeat the process with the remaining dough.
After making the crepes, serve them with fruit of your liking.
