Cod Loin with honey Nº1 Citrus & Pepper Couscous

Products

350g Cod loin

4 cl Extra virgin olive oil

80g Couscous

60g Green pepper

60g Red pepper

60g Onions

20g Garlic

Butter (As much as you want)

Coriander (As much as you want)

Honey Nº1 Citrus by Beesweet

Preparation

Get the spines out of the cod loin and put it on the board.

Sprinkle the cod loin with olive oil.

Take it to the oven to 180º C for 8 minutes. After the 8 minutes, sprinkle it with honey Nº 1 Citrus by Beesweet.

Bake couscous in water. When it’s al dente, drain it and reserve it for later.

In a saucepan put a dash of olive oil,then add the onion, the garlic and the minced peppers, let it brown and then add the dough. Add a curl of butter to give cream.

To top it off, join the cod with the couscous and flavour with fresh chopped coriander.
