Sweet but balanced.
1 plate of gelatin powder without flavour
3 tablespoons water
1 cup of honey Nº 1 Citrus by Beesweet
1 package of whipped cream
2 egg whites
Cinnamon (As much as you want)
Ginger (As much as you want)
Hydrate the gelatin in the 3 tablespoons of water. Dilute the gelatin by heating it in a water bath or microwave.
Whisk in the blender a little ginger grated with the honey Nº 1 Citrus by Beesweet.
Put in a bowl and mix the previously beaten egg whites with the whipped cream as well.
Put it in a form and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve with a little cinnamon powder.
