Preparation

Seal the tenderloin in an anti-adherent sauté.

Spread the seaweed mustard, honey Nº 88 Fire by Beesweet and bring it to the oven to caramelize, 5 minutes at 200º C.

Top it off with some pinches of salt flower.

Accompany with a rocket salad.
