A light but rich flavoured dish.
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
5 tablespoons of orange juice
1 chopped chives
1 post of salmon (680 gr)
4 tablespoons of Honey Nº5 Winter by Beesweet
Place in a zip-type plastic bag the garlic, the ginger, the soy sauce, the orange juice, the honey Nº5 Winter by Beesweet and chives and mix it well.
Put the post of salmon in the bag and close it up. Turn the bag carefully to distribute marinade. Take it to the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the marinade. Bake the fish on a grill for 12 to 15 minutes for each 2cm thick, or until the fish is easily loosened with a fork.
Accompany salmon with sautéed vegetables.
