A unique flavoured soup.
400gr of chestnuts
125gr of onions
500 ml of water
100 ml of milk
1 Garlic Clove
1 Orange (zest and juice)
2 Tablespoons of Honey Nº 10 Seasalt by Beesweet
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
In a pan sauté the onion in olive oil, adding garlic and chestnuts, then the zest and the orange juice, milk and water. Let it boil until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then add the spices – the fennel, the nutmeg and the cloves and drizzle with Honey Nº 10 Seasalt by Beesweet.
Decorate with a chestnut on top.
