• 400 gr of Chicken breast (cut in 2 parts)
• 150 gr of Mozzarella cheese
• 1 teaspoon of soluble coffee
• 1 tablespoon of orange peel zest
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of Honey Nº88 Fire by Beesweet
•  1 Orange juice
• Salt and pepper

• Put the chicken in a baking tray and add olive oil.
• Season with salt and black pepper.
• Add the honey Nº88 Fire by Beesweet, the coffee, the juice and the orange peel zest in the chicken.
• Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
• Then, put it in the preheated oven at 180º C.
• Leave the tray covered with aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
• Then remove the paper and place the mozzarella cheese.
• Leave it for another 15 or 20 minutes, roughly.
• Serve accompanied with rocket salad.
