Doce mas equilibrada.

  • 1 plate of gelatin powder without flavour
  • 3 tablespoons water 1 cup of honey Nº 1 Citrus by Beesweet
  • 1 package of whipped cream
  • 2 egg whites Cinnamon (As much as you want)
  • Ginger (As much as you want)

  • Hydrate the gelatin in the 3 tablespoons of water.
  • Dilute the gelatin by heating it in a water bath or microwave.
  • Whisk in the blender a little ginger grated with the honey Nº 1 Citrus by Beesweet.
  • Put in a bowl and mix the previously beaten egg whites with the whipped cream as well.
  • Put it in a form and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Serve with a little cinnamon powder.
