Doce mas equilibrada.
- 1 plate of gelatin powder without flavour
- 3 tablespoons water 1 cup of honey Nº 1 Citrus by Beesweet
- 1 package of whipped cream
- 2 egg whites Cinnamon (As much as you want)
- Ginger (As much as you want)
- Hydrate the gelatin in the 3 tablespoons of water.
- Dilute the gelatin by heating it in a water bath or microwave.
- Whisk in the blender a little ginger grated with the honey Nº 1 Citrus by Beesweet.
- Put in a bowl and mix the previously beaten egg whites with the whipped cream as well.
- Put it in a form and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Serve with a little cinnamon powder.
