Uma entrada requintada.
- 1 Puff pastry
- 2 slices of goat cheese (1 cm thick)
- Honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet
- Preheat the oven to 180º C.
- Divide the puff pastry into 3 rectangles.
- Place one of the rectangles on a oven tray covered with vegetable paper.
- Put the cheese on one end of the dough.
- Leave a margin on each side, and curl up until the dough is finished.
- Before you close, brush the end with a little water so that it pastes well, and then, roll both margins to form a candy.
- After that, take it to the oven for 15-20 minutes or until it’s golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle it with honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet.
