  • Preheat the oven to 180º C.
  • Divide the puff pastry into 3 rectangles.
  • Place one of the rectangles on a oven tray covered with vegetable paper.
  • Put the cheese on one end of the dough.
  • Leave a margin on each side, and curl up until the dough is finished.
  • Before you close, brush the end with a little water so that it pastes well, and then, roll both margins to form a candy.
  • After that, take it to the oven for 15-20 minutes or until it’s golden.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle it with honey Nº 25 Christmas by Beesweet.
