The earliest records of honey consumption dates back to the year 5 500 B.C in Ancient Egypt. The south of the country was known at that time as the “Land of the Bees”. It is believed, however, that consumption in an extractive form is even older.
As you can see, honey has been a part of our feeding.
A hundred years ago, when there were no medicines, honey was used as a preventive product of diseases and in many cases bandages of some ailments.

BREAKFAST
