Sobremesa leve e plena de sabor.

  • Break the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add some salt and start mixing.
  • Gradually and always mixing, add flour, milk, two spoons of honey Nº 66 Beelove by Beesweet and finally melted butter.
  • Pass the dough through a strainer and cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour for the dough to lose elasticity.
  • Light a non-stick frying pan and brush it with a little amount of oil.
  • Put a ladle of dough in the pan, but not too full and spread well so you don’t get holes.
  • If the dough is too thick, add some water, never add milk.
  • Let the crepe bake on medium heat for a few minutes, until the dough takes off.
  • Turn the crepe to the other side and bake a little more.
  • Withdraw and repeat the process with the remaining dough.
  • After making the crepes, serve them with fruit of your liking.
  • Sprinkle it with honey Nº 66 Beelove by Beesweet.
