sopa de castanhas e mel
Uma sopa de sabor único.
  • 400gr of chestnuts
  • 125gr of onions
  • 500 ml of water 100 ml of milk
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Orange (zest and juice)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey Nº 10 Seasalt by Beesweet
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Fennel
  • Nutmeg
  • Cloves

In a pan sauté the onion in olive oil, adding garlic and chestnuts, then the zest and the orange juice, milk and water. Let it boil until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then add the spices – the fennel, the nutmeg and the cloves and drizzle with Honey Nº 10 Seasalt by Beesweet. Decorate with a chestnut on top.
