Uma sopa de sabor único.
- 400gr of chestnuts
- 125gr of onions
- 500 ml of water 100 ml of milk
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Orange (zest and juice)
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey Nº 10 Seasalt by Beesweet
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Fennel
- Nutmeg
- Cloves
In a pan sauté the onion in olive oil, adding garlic and chestnuts, then the zest and the orange juice, milk and water. Let it boil until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then add the spices – the fennel, the nutmeg and the cloves and drizzle with Honey Nº 10 Seasalt by Beesweet. Decorate with a chestnut on top.
