Há já algum tempo que procurava um mel único, que pudesse criar surpresa no meu ciclo de amigos. O N. 10 Seasalt, foi sem dúvida uma agradável surpresa! Experimentámos inclusive num vinagrete. Juntámos uma colher do Seasalt com limão espremido e azeite virgem e ficou fantástico na nossa salada!
